Legal Entity FAQ
Why is Beauparc doing this?
Beauparc is at heart a circular economy business that has grown rapidly over the past 10 years, increasing our network, infrastructure, capability, and coverage. In doing so, the business has expanded significantly to encompass 65 legal entities across the Republic of Ireland (ROI), the UK, and the Netherlands.
Our transformation project aims to simplify this and consolidate the structure in order to bring better opportunities for our colleagues, customers and suppliers.
What is a legal entity?
A legal entity is the legal name of a separate company that has legal standing in the eyes of the law.
Why are the legal entities changing?
